Great Service, Great screening Process, Thank You Ash!!! Ash had my apartment rented out within weeks, after numerous showings and numerous offers that did not meet our criteria, we found a sweet Woman and a daughter to rent my unit out to. Ash was a complete professional with all parties, including the 2 ladies that he recommended highly for the occupancy of my unit. After the initial interviews face to face with some of the prospects, I was surprised and frightened how entitled some of these individuals where, and disrespectful Perhaps they thought they could intimidate My Broker in toning down his screening process? I am so glad that Ash stood up for himself against some of these individuals/bullies!! My Unit is worth over 500 K and I am not going to just have any tenant occupy it especially self entitled bullies....1 months rent is what I paid to the Agency for this job to be done, which I believe is fair considering the work that they did and help in screening the tenants, so glad I chose this agent as opposed to an agent that does not have the spine to stand up to some of the prospective tenants that have such poor manners and intolerable belligerence!!!

From our first house as a young married couple Ash's expertise in finding us a beautiful beginner condo in Mississauga gave us the perfect start we needed! His years in the industry and knowledge made him personable and easy to work with. This led us to using him again when we started or family. The market being what it is, it was difficult for us to even think about affording a house in Richmond Hill, but with lots of research, long nights, going into multiple offers and disappointments we finally came across a house that was the perfect fit!
